A few important things are happening in markets and they are:
Energy and oil stocks are dropping sharply, oil is still above $100 but Oil and gas stocks ETFs GUSH came down from $255 to $138.00 level in the last two weeks. I am sure you all must be watching this. DRIP bear ETFs almost gained 80% value in the last two weeks. Our view on oil is extremely bearish so keep this in mind before you invest in the energy sector, we are predicting oil settle around $71.00 in the next few months.
Base metals are falling hard, still, they can fall 10% lower, avoid any buying at this stage. Our view has been negative on base metals.
The dollar index is struggling to close above the 104.75 level as predicted, we are still holding this prediction so soon buying time is coming in a few currencies like the British Pound which can gain big value.
Thirty-Year bond held value at 129-00 level as predicted, we still don’t see Thirty Year bond will close below 129-00 in 2022 which means higher side rate is almost over, or FED won’t hike further rate. Another reason will be inflations will come down so fast as predicted which will surprise FED so watch this prediction. FED stock hiking will fuel the market so aggressively that the market may rally 15% by August 2022.
Coffee is performing well, but wait for grain to come down further to buy. Another 10% fall will be a great buying opportunity in grains.
Precious metals may stabilize, wait for our buying indications which may come soon.
Lithium stocks are falling hard, but EV stocks are making move as expected. Load up EV stocks and time to go all-in with lithium stocks as this is lifetime buying opportunity that has arrived for those who missed it earlier.
